If you would like to cancel or unsubscribe from Shogun, simply uninstall Shogun from your site through the Shopify or BigCommerce dashboard. You will not be charged once Shogun has been uninstalled. If you need help uninstalling the app from your Shopify or BigCommerce account you can check out the respective article below
With respect to Shopify, that process would go something like 'Settings > Apps and sales channels > Uninstall'
