Making a standard page in Shogun as the homepage is as easy as the click of a button.

Please ensure your homepage is published before following these steps.

Setting a Homepage from the Dashboard

Click the three-dot button on one of your standard content pages in your Shogun dashboard. Select the "Set as Homepage" option.

Setting a Homepage from the Editor

When editing a standard content page, click the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of the editor. Go to the Page Settings section and click the "Set as homepage" button.

Note: If your page URL starts with a number you may see a banner 'Error setting as homepage' when setting your Shogun-built page as the homepage when your platform is Shopify - this is due to the fact that Shopify considers pages that start with a number as invalid for this purpose.

Changing the URL in the page settings to start with a letter should allow the publish action to complete. This page will still be presented under the base URL for the store.
