You can't edit your header or footer with Shogun at this time. Shogun controls the content in the body of the page.

Your header and footer are controlled by your site's theme, and Shogun pulls that theme information into the editor. This includes the main navigation for your site as this is included with the header.

If you want to change your header or footer, we recommend getting into contact with the developer of your theme or editing your theme files.
