Once you've created a Collection in your Shopify account, you can import it into Shogun to add custom content.
Importing a Collection Page into Shogun
There are two methods of importing your collection page inside of Shogun.
Importing via the dashboard search
You can simply search for your collection page using the dashboard search. If this is not already imported, you will be given the option to import the page so that you can edit it within Shogun!
Search for the name of the collection
Click the Import button. It will only take a brief moment to import the collection page into your Shogun dashboard
Next, click the Edit in Shogun button to start customizing your collection page
Importing via the create page flow
Another option for importing your collection pages would be to use the create page button that is inside of your dashboard.
Click the "Create New" button at the top of the "Pages and Templates" section
Go to the "Collection" tab
Click the "Import" button next to the collection that you wish to customize
Editing a Collection Page in Shogun
Inside the Shogun editor, you will see 3 drop zones with which you can add custom content on your collection page.
The product grid displayed on the collection page is controlled by your theme's template and the Shopify catalog. Shogun can be used to add dynamic content into the top, bottom, and collection description regions of the page.
