Access to the Klaviyo CDP is required to create segments based on purchase history in Shogun. The first step is to get that set up.

  • Create a segment in Klaviyo that maps to purchase history
  • Access your segments in Shogun via the Klaviyo integration (note: this requires access to Klaviyo’s CDP)
