Access to the Klaviyo CDP is required to create segments based on purchase history in Shogun. The first step is to get that set up.
- Create a segment in Klaviyo that maps to purchase history
- Access your segments in Shogun via the Klaviyo integration (note: this requires access to Klaviyo’s CDP)
STEP 2
Create experiences targeting previous purchasers
Once the segments have been imported from Klaviyo, it’s time to create variants of your key pages in Shogun based on recent purchase behavior.
- Homepage: Feature complimentary products to what the customer recently bought
- Product Pages: Offer a discount for a customer returning to the same product to encourage them to subscribe
- Collection Pages: Deliver collection page variants to feature products that pair well what the customer recently purchased

Once your segments are live, use the reporting dashboard in Shogun to measure the impact of your experiences on revenue and customer engagement.
