Translate store content with Targeted Experiences
Let customers shop in their preferred language with the power of AI Text and Targeted Experiences.
STEP 1
Importing products and creating pages
You can create a new page from scratch, or import an existing page from your theme to get started with a new translation.
- In the Shogun dashboard, click on “Add new” to create a new page.
- For product page translations: Search for and import products into Shogun to get started.
- For homepage translations: Create a new standard page to use as your homepage, or import your current homepage into Shogun (coming soon)
STEP 2
Creating a location-based segment
The next step is to build your location-based segments in Shogun. These segments will be matched with the translated version of the page you will create in step 3.
- Decide on the locations you want to target for translations
- Create segments for each location using Targeted Experiences
- Create as many variants as you need for each region that needs a translation

Translating the content
The last step is to translate each piece of text on the page for each location using the Shogun AI Text feature in the visual editor.
- Use the AI Text feature to translate the content for each region
- Preview each translation before setting it live
- Turn on the Targeted Experience so that visitors from each region will see the translated version when they reach the product page
